In 2025, Little Drops Inc. is collaborating with Gurukulam Trust in Chennai, India, to support their efforts to educate, train, and empower children and young adults with disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome. For students between the ages of 6 and 18, they provide basic education, pre-academic instruction, self-help skills (such as eating and drinking), communication and social skills, as well as yoga and sports to promote physical well-being. For students who are able to manage academic work, they are enrolled in non-formal education through open schooling.

Little Drops Inc. is supporting efforts to expand vocational training for young adults with disabilities. Ten students have made meaningful progress in skills like cooking, weaving, and block printing—but space constraints limit the program’s ability to grow. We aim to help establish a dedicated workspace where these students can engage in supported, skill-based work, while opening up space to welcome more individuals into the training program.

Vocational training is a vital educational pathway that empowers young adults to lead more independent, dignified lives—aligning closely with our mission to support under-resourced communities in accessing opportunities that help them reach their full potential.

Your support can help launch this initiative and provide the resources needed to equip more students with life-changing skills.
